ANNETTE URBAN | AGENT

Annette Urban is a licensed real estate agent in Texas working in a

partnership with her husband who is a real estate broker.  Her passion

for helping people find their dream home, especially

first-time buyers, is what attracts her clients to her. 

The energy and commitment to service is a characteristic that you just

do not teach, it is in her heart.  Annette has such creativity and

combined with her real estate knowledge it has earned her a reputation

of trustworthiness and integrity.

Before starting her real estate career, Annette worked with Adidas,

as Field Merchandiser.  She managed teams all over the country in

merchandising the Adidas product line in retail establishments.  Annette has also worked with Farah International as the regional Merchandise Coordinator executing sales, training, and merchandising in Kansas City and surrounding four-state territories.  She was the co-owner of a wine store, The Connoisseur, on the Country Club Plaza in Kansas City as well and is happy to share her knowledge with her clients as they house hunt!

Annette studied textiles, apparel, and merchandising at Kansas State University.  She and her husband, Lynn, have three children and are dedicated to God and family.  Annette serves at her church and seeks to serve others in all walks of her life.
